History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Ivellios and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ivellios discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ivellios fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
