History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Vanuath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
