History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Brewer father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Baker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Riardon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Riardon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
