History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and sabotage a competitor

Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
