Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael. Being a Bellfounder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
