When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Guard father left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family; and he's in love

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Arannis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His first spouse was a Banker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
