History: Aust was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Galinndan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Animal Trainer. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Animal Trainer and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well
