Description: An older man who wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mindartis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mindartis. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Laucian abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: A 4'10" eastern man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: This man is very fat, and tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his youth he was a Slave Trader, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Azaki fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult
