The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Caeldrim's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Caeldrim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now owns his own business.
