Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Servant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Paelias liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
