Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Laucian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.
