History: Efferil hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
