History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mindartis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ahvain was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Laucian was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Laucian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Laucian. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Nim was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
