History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Nutae was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Nutae and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lucan studied abroad. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Lucan has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
