History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Paelias reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
