Personality: Erevan is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Erevan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Koeth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Hunter, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Peren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a miller and was forced into it by his family

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
