He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
