History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lucan embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second son.
