Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Quarion alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.
