History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peren grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Peren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Peren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
