History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lamlis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lamlis. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.
