Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he usually wears his black robe and has his bow always slung over his shoulder. His hair is short and blonde. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor.
