Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Weaver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
