History: Born to a Mayor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mayor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
