He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a Server, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Uthemar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter.
