History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Peren alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Revenge.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Aramil hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Aramil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants revenge against brigands
