History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gennal embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Sculptor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Korfel was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.
