History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Laucian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Laucian. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a large green jacket. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Gennal was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a black tunic with blue highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 14. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He takes great joy in being the best Tanner in town.

History: Gennal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Tanner and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
