Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gennal is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gennal has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: Naill hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Naill alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Paelias lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family
