Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Mindartis and his spouse have recently divorced.
