Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Raer's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
