History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ahvain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Roofer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Shipwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and further expansion of business
