History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Enialis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Efferil began to lead the lost caravan.
