Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Efferil does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Animal Trainer.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
