History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Beiro took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a blue top hat and blue clothes, marred by beers. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paelias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Map Maker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Jeweler.
