History: Carrie hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Peren was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
