His white hair, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Berrian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
