Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ahvain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Naeris was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Naeris was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
