Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
