When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: Quarion lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
