Personality: He is fixated on the number 83. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Uthemar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He worked as a nervous Hunter and found it very stressful. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Tharivol was born with his father's beautiful face. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is greedy
