History: Hadarai was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lucan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miller who has hired him part-time. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now mingles about in high society.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his warhammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Aelar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
