History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Lucan was taken on many hunting expeditions. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.
