Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nutae's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He takes great joy in being the best Shipwright in town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
