Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. A true patriot, Adran would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Varis grew up listening to his father's many stories. Varis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
