To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vanuath. Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Rolen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rolen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Dreali liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
