Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: The child of a Priest, who enjoyed hunting, Rael was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
