Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is chestnut and very short. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Blacksmith born in the past three hundred years. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Heian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heian decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
