History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Raer was a troubled youth. History: He was born in a small desert village. Dayereth liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.
