He worked as a Performer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Painter.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

History: Beiro was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
